1) Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Binnary Solution Inc. d/b/a Pvaverify (“Pvaverify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing numbers, or using our API/portal, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here (e.g., Privacy Policy).

2) Services & Accounts
The Service provides non-VoIP numbers (temporary & rental) and OTP handling tools for legitimate verification use. Availability varies by route, geography, and partner capacity. Features may change or be discontinued.
- Accounts: You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. We may require re-verification if suspicious activity is detected.
- API: Usage may be rate-limited; keys must be kept confidential and rotated if exposed.
- Support: We offer reasonable support via portal and Telegram; SLAs are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
3) Billing & Payments
You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected method for purchases and applicable taxes (if any). Prices are in USD and may change at any time.
- Accepted methods: major cards, PayPal, crypto, and supported wallets.
- Keep payment details current; we may place holds to prevent fraud.
- Promotions/credits are discretionary and subject to expiry.

4) Refund Policy
All sales are final. Numbers and OTP services are usage-based and time-sensitive; therefore no refunds are issued for purchased balances, numbers, or credits unless required by law.
5) Permitted & Prohibited Use
Permitted Use
- Legitimate account verification, QA/testing, or business onboarding.
- Compliance with recipient platform terms and applicable laws.
- Reasonable use that does not harm networks or third parties.
Prohibited Use
- Fraud, spam, harassment, evasion of platform rules, or unlawful activity.
- Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
- Reselling without authorization or misrepresenting affiliation with us.
6) Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee OTP delivery, route availability, or uninterrupted access.
- No indirect damages: We are not liable for lost profits, loss of data, or consequential damages.
- Cap on liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Pvaverify in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
7) Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., portal banner). Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
8) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Binnary Solution Inc. without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie in competent courts in that location, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
